Pulmuone Foods USA Inc. is Hiring a Maintenance Mechanic (Bilingual in Korean) Near Fullerton, CA

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:• Perform regular maintenance tasks on production equipment, Support with keeping maximum production efficiency by managing equipment and provide safe and consistent operation of facilities and its equipment• Operate, maintain and check all equipment scheduled for production and engaged in repairing/troubleshooting machinery• Keep equipment in good operating condition and assure equipment is set up and ready to operate for production start up• Perform preventative maintenance inspections, adjustments and repairs as needed• Identify mechanical issues during pre-op, while in operation and after operations.• Set proper set points on equipment based on recipes being produced• Complete work orders for equipment that need further mechanical adjustments• Inspect and audit completed work for conformance and compliance and suggests improvement ideas• Communicate and report with maintenance department for corrective actions• Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary• Organize and prepare technical documentation necessary to ensure GMP compliance of all manufacturing operations and ensure technical advancement of the team• Work with external contractors as needed and learn how to correct equipment issues and properly operate equipment for future application Skills/Qualifications:• Associate or bachelor’s degree in technical/engineering field• Min 2-3 years of maintenance experience and in food manufacturing or packaging industry desired• Strong maintenance trouble-shooting abilities; electricity/PLC knowledge a plus• Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel• Must maintain tools clean and in a sanitary manner when using them on food contact surfaces• Ability to change belts, bearings, gaskets and make changes on control panels• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals• Bilingual in Korean preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required
